A: Anyone can purchase case packs! While they're especially popular with small businesses, Etsy sellers, and craft fair vendors, hobby crafters also love them for stocking up on tumblers and cups at the best value.

A: Case packs are sold as multiples of the same cup or tumbler for consistency and convenience. If you're looking for variety, you can purchase single cups and tumblers separately.

Q3: Are discounted case packs eligible for returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, regular case packs are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day return policy (unused and unopened items, 15% restocking fee applies). However, case packs of surplus, discontinued, or closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you're trying a new style, we suggest starting with a single tumbler before purchasing a full case.

A: Case packs are offered exclusively for cups and tumblers. You'll find many of our most popular sizes and styles available in bulk so you can stock up with confidence.

We ship within the mainland U.S. and to overseas military APO/FPO addresses. Orders primarily ship via UPS with options like Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight. In areas not well served by UPS, we may ship using the U.S. Postal Service. For military APO/FPO addresses and domestic PO Boxes, we ship via USPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

We only list products that are physically in our warehouse and ready to ship. This means no "pre-sale" items — you only purchase what's in stock. Our system automatically updates cart quantities, so if something sells out, it's reflected right away.
