We currently ship only within the mainland United States.
Why Shipping Can Look High Next to Wholesale Prices
Our product pricing is wholesale (not retail), and many items we ship are dense, heavy, or oversized. Instead of inflating item prices to "hide" shipping, we use a transparent flat rate shipping program so you know what to expect. Larger orders earn free ground shipping over $500.
Processing Times
Most orders ship the same business day when placed and paid by 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Thursday). During peak seasons, place time-sensitive orders 3–4 business days in advance.
Business Days
We process and ship orders Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on closed days ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship most packages with UPS Ground (and/or Ground Saver when available). Depending on destination and order details, we may also use USPS or other carriers.

Flat rate shipping applies to most orders shipping within the lower 48 states. Your exact options will be confirmed at checkout.

| Freight Truck Shipments |
Large orders may ship via freight. If delivery requires specialty fees (liftgate, appointment, limited access, etc.), we may apply a surcharge equal to the carrier fees we are charged.

| PO Boxes |
We ship to domestic PO Boxes via US Mail when available (signature may be required).

| Military APO/FPO |
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate options when possible. If an order is too large for the biggest flat rate box, we'll contact you to discuss next steps.

If There's an Issue With Your Order
Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order.
Order Damages & Errors
We'll make it right. Email your order number and include photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and the damaged item(s). Please report issues before using the product.
Refused / Returned Orders
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to us in an unopened state, we will issue a refund; however:
- A $15 inspection fee will be deducted for any box that has been opened.
- A $10 per box return fee plus the carrier's return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To avoid these fees, please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment.
Filing a Shipping Claim
All carrier claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed by
Master Maker Crafts. Customers are not permitted to file claims directly with the carrier.

Notify us promptly: Report issues within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Provide documentation: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage to the package and contents.

We handle the rest: We'll work directly with the carrier and keep you updated.
