Rules for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Returns must be processed through our online returns system.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • All sales are final on surplus, discontinued, and closeout items (not eligible for return).

Did You Receive a Damaged Product?

No worries at all—just contact us and we'll sort it out together. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo or video so we can understand what went wrong.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and all damaged product. And please let us know before you start using the item—products reported as damaged after use may not be eligible.
