Did you receive a damaged product? No worries at all! Just drop us a line right here, and we'll sort it out together. We do require that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo or video to help us understand what went wrong—just to keep things honest! This will include photos of the outer box with shipping label and all damaged product. Remember to let us know before you start using the product. For instance, if your tumbler arrived with a boo-boo, be sure to tell us before you turn it into a personalized masterpiece.
