Product Description

This 4" Nurse Nutrition Facts DTF Heat Transfer features a parody nutrition-label graphic in a pocket-friendly size. Press onto tee pockets, scrub-jacket bibs, and apron fronts for hospital-staff merch, nurses'-week gifts, and pocket-sized scrub flair. The compact size also fits on lanyards and badge-reel pouches.

Directions

  •  Preheat - Heat press to or set home iron to Cotton/High (no steam).
  • Pre-press - Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
  • Press - Place DTF transfer on garment, design facing up. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet. Press for 10–15 seconds (heat press) or firmly press with iron in sections for 15–20 seconds each.
  • Cooling - Allow transfer to cool completely before peeling (cool peel).
  • Peel - Peel film slowly and smoothly. If peel is not smooth, cover with parchment and press again for 5 seconds.
  • Optional -Cover with parchment and press again for 5 seconds for added durability.
