Sublimation Paper & Vinyl

Sublimation paper is the ingredient everyone forgets to think about until it fails. Bad paper causes ghosting, color shifts, and uneven release that ruin otherwise-perfect prints. Good paper feels invisible — you forget it's a variable because it just works. Every sheet in this collection is tested for sharp release, minimal ghosting, and consistent color transfer across common printer setups. That testing matters because paper is where sublimation failures usually start, and it's the cheapest fix in the workflow once you know what reliable paper feels like. The difference between a sublimation shop that runs smoothly and one that fights its equipment weekly is often paper quality, not printer quality.

Store paper flat and in its original wrapper when not in use. Humidity causes the paper to curl and affects how ink absorbs, which shows up as uneven transfer after pressing. A dry, room-temperature storage spot extends the life of every pack. One workflow tip: match your paper size to your most-common print sizes. Oversized paper wastes ink on margins you'll trim anyway, and undersized paper forces awkward cropping that wastes time. Most sublimation shops settle on two or three go-to sizes and stock them deep. Bulk pricing is available for high-volume shops, and our reliable restocks mean the paper that worked for your last batch is still available when you're ready to run the next one.
