Directions: Mix 4 parts Clear Mix Fragrance Modifier with 1 part fragrance oil or essential oil and stir until completely blended. Slowly add the mixture to water while stirring. This pre-blended solution helps fragrance oils disperse more effectively in water-based formulations while maintaining exceptional clarity.

Example: Combine 4 oz Clear Mix Fragrance Modifier with 1 oz fragrance oil. Mix thoroughly before adding to your water-based formulation.
