Quality Inspection & Retain Sample

Consider keeping a small, labeled retain sample from each batch for future reference and quality review. Document key characteristics such as pH, color, aroma, and the absence of contaminants. Retain samples allow you to evaluate product stability and investigate any future quality concerns. Keeping these samples for up to two years is a common best-practice guideline.

Own your records. Many maker tools have shut down, taking saved records with them. We don't save your batch records on our servers — click Save Batch Record as PDF to save to your computer or Google Drive so they're yours forever.
